I’ve been using design to solve problems for people for almost two decades.

I started my career running a tiny agency in Melbourne, Australia. I led design for startups and managed a design team at Lonely Planet. I moved to the US and pivoted into product management at Google. After cutting my teeth at PM life, I realised I missed design and pivoted back to design at Yelp where I led the Consumer design team (if you’ve used Yelp recently, it was probably my team’s work). I’m passionate about the intersection of design and product, and I believe that design teams that are tightly integrated within the business can best serve their customers and solve problems. And ultimately, that makes the world a better place. So I get excited when I can help empower talented individuals and teams to do exactly that.
